1 pack Vegie Delights Beef-Style Burgers
4 burger buns or 8 large lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons mustard of choice
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 small Spanish onion, peeled and finely sliced 1/2 cup sauerkraut
100g roasted beetroot, sliced
2 avocados, peeled and finely
Tomato sauce or chutney
Heat large frypan or BBQ hot plate on medium heat, add Vegie Delights Beef-Style Burgers and cook for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Build burger by using either burger bun or large lettuce leaf, spread your choice of mustard, layer with alfalfa sprouts, Spanish onion slices, sauerkraut, Vegie Delights Beef-Style Burgers, beetroot and avocado.
Finish burger with some tomato sauce or chutney on bun or lettuce leaf and place on top.
