- 4 Vegie Delights Bacon Style Rashers
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- mixed greens or cos lettuce leaves
- 2 Turkish bread rolls, toasted
- mayonnaise & mustard
- Preheat a non-stick frypan to medium. Drizzle in oil and cook Bacon Style Rashers for 2 - 3 minutes, or until golden on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
- Spread bottom roll with mustard. Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, Bacon Style Rashers, mayonnaise and top roll. Serve immediately.
