I was raised as a vegetarian so I’ve never really been around meat products. I love animals. Always have, always will. And I have never wanted to be involved with anything that causes them pain or suffering.
Around five years ago I made the switch to a vegan diet and since then I have noticed a huge change in my health. I lead an incredibly active lifestyle and since ditching all animal products I have more energy, rarely fall sick and overall I feel absolutely fantastic. Knowing that I’m doing the best thing for my health, the environment and by not contributing to the suffering of any living being makes me feel incredibly happy.
I have always had a wonderful relationship with food and I honestly believe great food is one of the finest pleasures in life. The choices available for people wanting plant-based meals continue to grow every day and the only limit with creating delicious plant-based meals is your imagination.
