Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Vegie Delights BBQ Sausages
  • 6 mushrooms, sliced, pan-fried
  • 80g baby spinach leaves
  • 100g cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Wood-fire bread rolls
  • Smokey BBQ sauce

Method

  1. Prepare all ingredients and heat BBQ Sausages as per cooking instructions
  2. Combine all ingredients inside rolls and serve with Smokey BBQ sauce
