Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 thick slices of multigrain country style bread (8 if closed sandwich is preferred)
  • Low salt margarine to spread
  • 8 crispy lettuce leaves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 8 Vegie Delights Bacon Style Rashers

Directions

  1. Spread bread with margarine, top each slice with two 2 lettuce leaves and tomato slices.
  2. In a frying pan, cook Bacon Style Rashers with olive oil for one minute each side.
  3. Place two hot Bacon Style Rashers of top of salad.
  4. Cover with second slice of bread for a closed BLT sandwich.
