The Ultimate Vegie Delights Smokey Barbeque Burger
- 300g pack of Vegie Delights Smokey Barbeque Burger
- 4 soft burger buns
- 1 red onion, peeled and thickly sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise (or vegan alternative)
- Lettuce, washed
- Vine tomatoes, sliced
- Tomato relish
1. Heat pack of Smokey Barbeque Burgers as per on pack instructions.
2. Toss red onion and red pepper in the 1 Tbsp of olive oil and either fry or grill until browning.
3. Slice burger buns in half and brush cut side using the remaining olive oil. Toast on grill until golden.
4. To serve: Spread the inside of the buns with mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, sliced tomato, relish, burger and then grilled onion and pepper.
