To cook from frozen, heat in a non-stick frying pan, on a BBQ plate or under the grill with a little olive oil at medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until heated through, turning once. Alternatively, bake in oven pre-heated to 180°C for 10-12 minutes turning once. Note: overcooking dries and toughens.
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Do not thaw prior to cooking. Do not refreeze.
