Oven – Pre heat oven to 180°C. Place Cajun Schnitzels on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Cook for 20 – 22 mins, turn them over during cooking.
Stove top – Place Cajun Schnitzels in a shallow pan and cook on the stove top over medium heat for 18 – 20 mins, turn them over during cooking. Note: overcooking dries and toughens.
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Do not refreeze.
