Cooking and storage instructions
To cook from frozen, heat in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil for 10-15 minutes, turning once. Alternatively, bake in oven pre-heated to 190°C for 30 minutes, turning once.
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Do not thaw prior to cooking. Do not refreeze.
