4. Enjoy time to yourself

Put aside some time every day to unwind and do something you enjoy.

 

  • Set achievable goals
  • Take time to appreciate your value, strengths, talents and passions
  • Have a break to look forward to: book a holiday
  • Schedule time each day to do something you enjoy: read a book, take a bath, or have a massage
  • Get a good night’s sleep. Sleeping well energises us to deal with the day’s challenges.
