Vegetarian week is a fantastic idea that's for sure.
I'm not organised enough this year but next year I am thinking I'd like to do some education and maybe taste testing at my daughter's high school (if they'll let me) during lunch times. Obviously it would have to be funded by me. I would like to make up a few posters to hang up with facts about health, animal cruelty, the environment and maybe make some vegetarian snacks or something for people to taste test.
If I'm really organised maybe I could do the same sort of thing at my local shopping centre.... Now I just need to ask the universe for the money to do it..... <smiles>
